Mind Alchemy Coach provides transformational coaching and personal development services, including but not limited to:

Our Services are intended for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. 2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, the SoulPrint Method, course materials, and software — are the exclusive property of Mind Alchemy Coach and Kathy Khodi-Elhami, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Refund policy: Due to the nature of coaching and personal development services, all sales are generally final. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings or active subscriptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site or Services to:

• Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation

Coaching disclaimer: Results from coaching are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including personal commitment, effort, and circumstances. Testimonials on our Site represent individual experiences and are not indicative of future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIND ALCHEMY COACH, KATHY KHODI-ELHAMI, OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at kkelhami@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in California.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
